suspenders

Those days....suspenders were just meant for men.

Now....not anymore.

It has become one of our fashion item.

Lately, suspenders are in.

I can see them every where....magazine, people blogging bout it and so on.

I'd thought about to make a DIY of it.

I wanna find the clipper....

I find it high and low but I can't find any in the town.

So, I got no choice and have to buy the whole suspender.

It's okay coz my mum say it's not expensive.

Now, I'll just have to use this suspender until I'm bored with it.

Then, I'll jazz it up with some DIY.

DIY 6

I've been MIA for quite some time.

Thanks to myself....who fell sick on Valentine's Day.

Not Valentine's Day....it's a day before.

But I did do my job while I was away.

I'm gonna show how to do a headband.

I know it's a lil' late...so what, as long as it is free :D

All you need are yarn, elastic band, needle, thread and lighter.

I'm gonna use this yellowish color.

This was bought in 2009 for my club installation project.

Cut it into a few strings with same length, your head-size length.

But, remember to leave some place for elastic band.

Nine strings if you want a thin one or double it up for a thicker one.

Then, braid those strings.

I've tried basic braid and fishtail braid.

You can choose your.

If you think the color is a lil' dull.

You can use different colors of strings!

Finish with the braiding, connect the ends with an elastic band.

You can try a thin, black elastic band.

It won't be that obvious to be seen after covered with hair.

I've no choice but to use this white elastic band coz it's my mum.

And I'm lazy to go to the town to just buy elastic band.

TAA-DAAH!!!

I wore it the day before my birthday.

Hope that the result will be good.

I don't expect much.

I just wanna result that can bring me to Uni.

CNY 2011

CNY just ended...for some of us.

For others it'll only end on 17th February.

Actually I planned to have my longest CNY celebration ever.

But I'm too tired already.

K.O. after been enjoying myself for 8 days non-stop.

On the 9th day itself, I collapsed.

The whole day sleeping only XD

But I have to say that this is the most fun CNY ever happened to me :D

初一

As always, I'll go 拜年with my friends.

But this time we started late and my house was the first.

Then, we moved on to:

Angie's house

Mr. Tan's house

Katrine's house

Mun Fai's house

Marco's house

Yan Ni's house

back to Marco's house ==

Sarah's house

after that, we balik rumah masing-masing :D

初二 & 初三

Followed my mom back to my maternal grandma house at Tapah.

All my reletives of my mom side will be back too.

I love to have dinner at there cuz there will be lotsa dishes. XD

初四

I went to 拜年with my six former friends.

We started out at Li Ching's house.

Then, to Licia's house.

We had our break at Lana and celebrated Li Ching's and my b'day.

The journey continued to:

Phei Leng's house

Eleanor's house

my house

Carmen's house

初五

With the same gang, we went down to Hutan Melintang and Sg. Tiang.

We went to Chia Yeh's house then have a break at KFC.

Follow on with Tynge's house and Beng Yeak's house.

For the first time I'd gone so far to 拜年.

初六

I mentioned this in my previous post.

No other words can describe.

I'm madhappy

初七

I also had mention this in previous post.

We took these pictures 2am in the morning.

初八

I went to two of my father's friends house to 拜天宫.

Nothing muchh on that day.

Just enjoying lotsa lotsa fireworks and foods.....

I'm now officially 20 years old.

Yay for birthday celebrations but :C for getting another year old.

However, I've to say that I've just got my best birthday ever.

If compared to previous year, my 19th birthday is much worst.

I were busy with my project and couldn't really enjoyed myself.

I only got my good night sleep at 3am.

I'm lucky enough to have bunch of friends to give me a birthday surprises.

You know who you are :D

Over with last year, back to this year...

My birthday falls on the CNY week.

On 初四, my friends and I went to 拜年.

We planned to celebrated Li Ching's birthday during lunch time.

Her birthday suppose to be on 初五.

Surprisingly, they celebrated my birthday too.

托Li Ching的福, I got an earlier b'day celebration.

My first ever shared b'day cake :D

Tynge felt like giving an Oscar Award XD

At first, I thought that eyeshadow palette was for Li Ching.

Eleanor asked me which one is more suitable.

I was being tricked. :C

But in a good way :D

While for the nodding-cute-lil'-thing, I love it so much.

I wanted to buy one.

But every time I went to check it out at store, they'll have new design and they're all so cute.

On 初六, I was damn bored.

I asked Angie and Yan Ni out.

Out of sudden, they gave me a birthday surprise!

They sang birthday song for me!!

I'm so touched. T-T

Angie asked me to close my eyes.

And I guessed that she kept something in her bag.

The moment I opened my eyes...

ARRRGHHHHHHH

I freaking saw this monster tail.

Kat and Angie bought this for me!!!!

Thank you, Angie and Yan Ni for the day.

On 初七, my friends and I went for a movie, All's Well, Ends Well 2011.

After the movie, we went around the town finding places to hang out.

But they're all preparing to close.

We've no choice but to go McD again.

I got my third cake :D

On the day itself, 10th February.

I had another sort of celebration.

But it didn't work out that well due to some problems.

You know who you are and what is it.

It's okay, I don't mind at all :D

Anyway thank to those who showed up although for a while,

"There is a big wide smile on my face when I was replying "thank you" to all those wishes from y'all no matter through SMS, call or fb post. Y'all made my day. TQ very much. And not to forget those who celebrated with me. TQ very very very muchie. Love y'all..muakz~♥"

Next year, I'll be 21.

I want to have a party.

Hope that my mom will agree with me.

That'll be my turn to treat my friends XD

overall, the greatest happiness was to see your name showed up when the phone rang middle of the night although it was just a few minutes call
