May 11, 2010Mothers' Day had just gone by....and I've gave my very 1st attempt in cooking.
Not including those cooking Maggi, fry an egg or heating up food.
This is totally, overall done my me...and maybe a lil' help from my sis XD
I did hotdog ber-fusilli.
Actually, I got this recipe from Martha Stewart.
I was sick one day and I watch Martha show....then I followed the recipe of one hotdog stall in NY.But they uses macaroni.....I chose fusilli.
All you need to do is just these few steps.
1. Cook the pasta of your choice for time recommended
2. Fry the sausage
3. Melt the cheese(s) of your choice with a lil butter/oil
4. Mix the pasta and cheese together.
5. Put the sausage into the hotdog bread and cheese on top of the bread.
On the other hand, my sis prepared coleslaw.
My sis's will be more easier.
Only 3 steps.
1. Cut the cabbage and carrot into slices/pieces.
2. Mix mayo and thousand island dressing.
3. Add those vege into the dressing.
That's what I did for my mum!
How 'bout you?
