The last time I ever posted about me cooking was last year Nov.
Wow...such a long time.
Now this time I'm gonna do salsa.
Just did this yesterday.
See how efficient am I.

Spicy Tomato Salsa
How does it looks like?
Grade me :D
fyi, I'm only a beginner

  • 4 medium tomatoes (I only used 3), halved (if you have a food processor, if no, cut it cubes)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (I just used salt and pepper that I found in the kitchen)
  • Serving suggestion: tortilla chips (for me, potato chips and toasted bread)

Directions

Put the tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, orange juice, and red pepper flakes in a food processor. Pulse until the ingredients are combined but still chunky. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Transfer to a small bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
